I’m a hospitality expert, cultural curator, and operations specialist. My career is defined by precision, passion, and an unwavering commitment to service. With over 20 years in customer relations, 13 years in the hotel industry, and 8 years within FEMA’s emergency management operations.

My journey began growing up in Puerto Rico for the majority of life moved to Massachusetts, where I developed a love for people and community. In 2005 I moved back to Puerto Rico where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business Management with a major in Hotel Management and a minor in Organizational Behavior from the Interamericana University, Ponce Campus. Life gave me a calling in hospitality where I worked with renowned properties such as Copamarina Beach Resort & Spa, Radisson Ambassador Hotel & Casino, Four Points by Sheraton, and Luxury Rentals International at the prestigious Dorado Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

In my career I became known for my exceptional coordination skills, intuitive time management, and elegant approach to guest experience. Whether organizing large scale events, leading multidepartment operations, or managing luxury properties, I ensure every detail flows seamlessly.

After Hurricane María reshaped Puerto Rico, I join the federal service with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, where I have taken on roles as Emergency Management Specialist, Public Assistant Operation Crew Specialist, Operations Task Force Lead, and Executive Officer to continue to serve those in needs. I have worked multiple disaster responses across Puerto Rico, Florida, Mississippi, and the U.S. Virgin Islands; always guided by servant leadership, compassion, and a structured approach to rebuilding.

Today, I’m bringing together my hospitality expertise, cultural insight, and coordination mastery through Desde Mi Bohío. A heartfelt knowledge of Puerto Rico, and a passion for creating magical experiences, I design journeys for travelers seeking connection with nature, traditions, and culture, as well as relaxation.
